Instructions for purchasing tickets:
On this platform, you are purchasing ticket codes (barcode). These codes do not grant entry to the stadium as they are.
Using this code, each ticket must be added to the digital wallet through the Gov.gr wallet app on your mobile phone (Android and iOS).
To enter the stadium, you must present a proof of identification such as an ID card, passport, driver’s license, etc., and show it to the relevant police authorities if requested.
Note that the ticket code cannot be canceled or exchanged for cash.
Copying the digital ticket in any way does not permit you to enter the stadium.
At https://tickets.gov.gr, you can find detailed information regarding adding the ticket to the digital wallet and entering the stadiums.
The process of adding the ticket to the Gov.gr Wallet is independent of the ticket purchase, and the team clarifies that they are not involved in this process. For technical issues with the Gov.gr wallet, you should contact Gov.gr – Support Service Center.
